Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 5, 2014, Learning Tree International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release in France announcing the Company’s intent to seek a strategic transaction involving its French subsidiary, Learning Tree International SA, which transaction may include the sale of the French company or its business. Learning Tree has retained the advisory firm, Vulcain S.A.S., to assist in this process.
