On August 15, 2016, Learning Tree International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release setting forth its results of operations for its third quarter of fiscal year 2016, which ended July 1, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
