Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
America’s Suppliers, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 16, 2010. At the meeting, stockholders re-elected all five directors nominated by the Company’s Board of Directors. In addition, stockholders ratified the appointment of Malone & Bailey, LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2010. Set forth below are the final voting results for each of the proposals.
