2. These securities are owned directly by The Robin C. Vermylen 2016 Irrevocable Trust. The reporting person is a trustee of the trust and a beneficiary of the trust. Therefore, the reporting person may be deemed to have a pecuniary interest in the securities held by the trust.

3. These securities are owned directly by The Paul A. Vermylen, Jr. 2015 Irrevocable Trust. The reporting person the settlor of the trust and the reporting person's spouse is a beneficiary of the trust.
