Open Text Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Howard Rosen, 56, as its Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, effective as of April 1, 2020. Mr. Rosen, prior to joining the Company, was Vice President, Corporate Controller & Principal Accounting Officer of Wesco Aircraft Inc., a leading distributor and provider of comprehensive supply chain management services to the global aerospace industry, from 2018 to 2020. Previously, Mr. Rosen has over 30 years of U.S., Canadian and international accounting experience, including holding chief accounting officer positions with RioCan REIT, Husky Injection Molding Systems Inc., and MDS Inc., after starting his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young. Mr. Rosen will report to Madhu Ranganathan, the Company’s EVP, Chief Financial Officer, who has been serving as interim principal accounting officer since November 15, 2019.
Mr. Rosen has entered into an employment letter with the Company providing for at-will employment with a starting annual base salary of $420,000 CAD and eligibility to participate in the Company’s compensation and benefit programs in accordance with their terms.
