Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 21, 2006, Silverstar Holdings Ltd. (the “Registrant”) announced that the offer by its wholly owned UK subsidiary, Silverstar Acquisitions plc (“Silverstar Acquisitions”), to acquire all of the shares of Empire Interactive plc (“Empire”) has been declared wholly unconditional and that Silverstar Acquisitions has received valid acceptances of the offer in respect to 85% of Empire’s outstanding shares. A copy of the Registrant’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
