On May 31, 2012, Duke Realty Corporation, an Indiana corporation (the “General Partner”) and the sole general partner of Duke Realty Limited Partnership, an Indiana limited partnership, announced that Mr. Howard L. Feinsand, the General Partner’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, intends to retire later this year. While Mr. Feinsand’s retirement date has not yet been determined, it is expected to be prior to December 31, 2012.
