On March 5, 2003, the Company issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2002. The press release includes the Company's Consolidated Balance Sheets, Consolidated Statements of Operations and a comparison of results of operations for the fourth quarter 2002 with the fourth quarter of 2001 as well as a comparison of results of operations for the 2002 fiscal year with the 2001 fiscal year. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
