On August 11, 2005, we reported our second quarter financial results for the three- and six-month periods, ended June, 30, 2005 and the Company has announced it will host a teleconference beginning at 4:15p.m Eastern to discuss the Companies’ financial results, corporate progression and other developments. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
