Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 25, 2015, Impax Laboratories, Inc. (“the Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2022 in a private offering that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
