On September 20, 2005, Paula Rosput Reynolds, AGL Resources’ chairman, president and chief executive officer, will deliver a presentation at the Bank of America 35^th Annual Investment Conference in San Francisco, California. The presentation is expected to begin at 3 p.m. Pacific Time, and will be available via a live audio webcast on the “Investor Relations” section of the AGL Resources website at www.aglresources.com. The presentation will include slides attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
