Capital Corp of the West (Nasdaq: CCOW) issued a press release to announce its results of operations for the third quarter of 2008. The press release dated November 17, 2008, attached to this report as exhibit 99.1 is incorporated herein by reference. On that same date, the Company also filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2008. The Company had previously filed Form 12b-25 on November 12, 2008, with respect to its inability to file Form 10-Q by the originally prescribed due date.
