On July 2, 2014, an annual general meeting of shareholders of Lumenis Ltd., or Lumenis, approved each of the four proposals brought before Lumenis’ shareholders at the meeting. Each of those proposals was described in Lumenis’ Notice of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, dated May 27, 2014, and in its Proxy Statement, dated May 27, 2014, annexed as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to Lumenis’ Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K that was furnished to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 27, 2014.
