     On November 18, 2010, Pacific Gas and Electric Company completed its sale of $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 3.50% Senior Notes due October 1, 2020 and $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 5.40% Senior Notes due January 15, 2040. For further information concerning the notes, refer to the exhibits attached to this report.
