Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 14, 2019, Roger H. Kimmel resigned from the boards of directors of PG&E Corporation (the “Corporation”) and its regulated utility subsidiary, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (the “Utility”), effective immediately. Mr. Kimmel’s resignation from such boards does not involve any disagreement on any matter relating to the Corporation’s or the Utility’s operations, policies or practices.
As previously announced on January 4, 2019, the boards of directors of the Corporation and the Utility are in the process of searching for new directors and are currently interviewing several candidates.
