Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 29 and March 1, 2012, Kent M. Harvey, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PG&E Corporation, will meet with various investment professionals during the UBS Electric Power, Natural Gas, and MLP Conference to be held in Dallas, Texas.
