On October 19, 2015, Kent M. Harvey, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PG&E Corporation, parent company of Pacific Gas and Electric Company, notified PG&E Corporation of his decision to retire in 2016. His retirement is expected to be effective during the first half of 2016 to allow time for a successful transition to his successor.
