Explanatory Note
This current report on Form 8-K/A (the "Amendment") amends the current report on Form 8-K dated July 20, 2020 filed by Columbus McKinnon Corporation (the "Company") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Original Form 8-K"). The sole purpose of this Amendment is to include cover page XBRL tags embedded within the Inline XBRL document.
On July 20, 2020, Columbus McKinnon Corporation (the Company) announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.06 per common share. The dividend will be payable on or about August 17, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 7, 2020.
A copy of the press release issued in connection with such action is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
