The Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority (the “Authority”) today issued a press release announcing that it has amended its private exchange offers and consent solicitations to lower the participation level for the minimum tender condition with respect to its outstanding 6 1/8% senior notes due 2013 and 8% senior subordinated notes due 2012 (the “old 2012 and old 2013 notes”) to the levels that have been previously tendered. The Authority also announced that it has extended the expiration date of the private exchange offers and consent solicitations to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on March 2, 2012, and has extended the early tender date with respect to the old 2012 and old 2013 notes until 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on March 2, 2012, in each case unless extended by the Authority.
