On January 17, 2025, INNOVATE Corp. issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved the MediBeacon® Transdermal GFR for the assessment of kidney function in patients with normal or impaired renal function. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
