On September 8, 2005, Barr Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results for the three and twelve months ended June 30, 2005. A copy of the release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.0 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
The Company scheduled a conference call and webcast at 8:30AM Eastern time on Thursday, September 8, 2005 to discuss the results.
