Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 1, 2005, Barr Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing earnings results for the three months ended September 30, 2005. A copy of the release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.0 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company hosted a conference call and webcast at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, November 1st discussing the earnings results for its Fiscal 2006 First Quarter, ended September 30, 2005.
