Optional Redemption
At any time and from time to time, the notes of any series will be redeemable in whole or in part, at our option, at a redemption price equal to the greater of (i) 100% of the principal amount of the notes to be redeemed and (ii) the sum of the present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest on the notes to be redeemed that would be due if the notes of such series matured on the applicable Par Call Date (exclusive of interest accrued to the date of redemption) discounted to the date of redemption on a semi-annual basis (assuming a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months) at the then-current Treasury Rate, plus 15 basis points, in the case of the 2031 notes, and 15 basis points, in the case of the 2052 notes, plus, in each case, accrued and unpaid interest on the principal amount of such notes being redeemed to the date of redemption; provided that if we redeem the notes of any series on or after the applicable Par Call Date, the redemption price for the notes of such series will be equal to 100% of the principal amount of the notes to be redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest on the principal amount of such notes being redeemed to the date of redemption.
