On March 3, 2008, Salix Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. hosted a conference call to discuss the Company’s results for its fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2007. A transcript of the conference call is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
