Pursuant to a Board Resolution dated May 6, 2015, Rene Morissette has been appointed to the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for WhereverTV Broadcasting Corporation (OTCPINK: TVTV). Separately, Mark Knauf, CPA has been appointed as the Controller.
