On October 29, 2003, Hall, Kinion & Associates, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced its 2003 third quarter and first nine months of 2003 financial results. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
