This amendment to the Form 3 is being filed to correct the date upon which the reporting person crossed the 10% beneficial ownership threshold, based on there being 4,947,918 shares outstanding as of November 10, 2020 as disclosed on the Issuer's Form 10-Q filed with the SEC on November 13, 2020, and thereby became subject to the Section 16 reporting regime.
