The Common Stock reported herein is held indirectly by Meisheng Cultural & Creative Corp., Ltd., a PRC company listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange ("Meisheng Cultural"), through its wholly owned subsidiary, Hong Kong Meisheng Cultural Company Limited, a Hong Kong corporation, which is the record holder of the Common Stock ("Hongkong Meisheng" and together with Meisheng Cultural, the "'Reporting Persons"). The Reporting Persons disclaim beneficial ownership of the shares of Common Stock except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein.
