Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 27, 2017, Air Industries Group (the “Company”) issued a press release in compliance with NYSE MKT Company Guide Section 610(b), which requires a listed company to issue a separate public announcement of the receipt of an audit opinion on its financial statements containing a going concern paragraph. The press release is annexed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
