Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On November 15, 2017, Air Industries Group (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017, and that it will host a conference call to discuss the results for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2017 on Thursday, November 16, 2017, at 8:30 a.m. EST.
