Item 5.02 Appointment of Certain Officers
Provident Financial Holdings, Inc. (“Company”), the holding company for Provident Savings Bank, F.S.B. (“Bank”), announced that the Company’s Board of Directors promoted Donavon P. Ternes to President of the Company and the Bank effective June 27, 2011. Mr. Ternes will remain Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of both companies.
