PROVIDENT FINANCIAL HOLDINGS
INCREASES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND BY 25 PERCENT
Riverside, Calif. – July 24, 2012 – Provident Financial Holdings, Inc. (“Company”), NASDAQ GS: PROV, the holding company for Provident Savings Bank, F.S.B., today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, reflecting a 25 percent increase from the $0.04 per share paid on June 1, 2012. Shareholders of the Company’s common stock at the close of business on August 15, 2012 will be entitled to receive the cash dividend. The cash dividend will be payable on September 5, 2012.
