1. The total ownership of 75,692 shares includes the 1,000 share restricted stock award of January 9, 2017 with 500 shares vesting on January 9, 2018 and 500 shares vesting on January 9, 2019.

2. The total ownership has been reduced by 5,000 shares to correct a previously undiscovered arithmetic error in prior filings.
