Explanation of Responses:

1. Participant allocations for the 2024 calendar year have not yet been completed. Accordingly, the share amount represents the balance prior to the December 31, 2024 allocations.

2. The direct ownership of 6,125 shares consists of the 875 shares of restricted stock under the Provident 2013 Equity Incentive Plan which vest on August 12, 2026; and the 5,250 shares of restricted stock under the Provident 2022 Equity Incentive Plan, 50% of which vest on May 23, 2026 and 50% of which vest on May 23, 2028.
