On October 23, 2009, Polycom, Inc. (the “Company”) placed Sunil K. Bhalla, its SVP and General Manager, Voice Communications Solutions, on administrative leave effective immediately. Robert C. Hagerty, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will assume Mr. Bhalla’s duties as General Manager of the voice division during this leave of absence.
