Item 2.01. Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On February 22, 2005 TLC Vision Corporation ("Company") issued a press release announcing that Midwest Surgical Services, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, acquired the assets of Mobile Diagnostics Inc. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as an exhibit.
