On February 24, 2005 TLC Vision Corporation ("Company") issued a press release announcing a change in the call time of the year end earnings call. The call will now be at 5:15pm Eastern Time on Monday, March 7, 2005. This Form 8-K, including Exhibit 99.1, attached hereto will not be deemed "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended or otherwise be subject to the liabilities of that section.
