On November 21, 2005 TLC Vision Corporation issued a press release announcing that Jim Wachtman, President and CEO, and Steve Rasche, VP Finance and CFO, will present at Harris Nesbitt's Focus on Healthcare Conference in New York at the Millennium Broadway Hotel, 145 West 44th Street on December 8th, 2005 at 11:15 am Eastern Time. The presentation will be web cast live and may be accessed at www.tlcv.com in the Investor Relations section. A copy of the press release is attached as exhibit 99.1.
