Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 31, 2006 TLC Vision Corporation issued a press release announcing the opening of a Lasik Select(SM) center in Huntsville, Alabama. This is the fourth of five new Lasik Select(SM) centers expected to open in the first quarter, and ten Lasik Select(SM) centers total for 2006.
