On April 11, 2006 TLC Vision Corporation issued a press release announcing that Jim Wachtman, President and CEO, and Steve Rasche, VP Finance and CFO, will review TLCVision's performance and refractive growth strategy at Scotia Capital Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Conference at Le Royal Meridien King Edward Hotel in Toronto, on Wednesday April 26, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. EST. The presentation will be webcast live and can be accessed under the "Webcasts" link in the Investor Relations section at www.tlcv.com. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as an exhibit.
