Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 16, 2007 TLC Vision Corporation issued a press release announcing it will release 2nd quarter 2007 financial results before the market opens on Thursday, August 9, 2007. A conference call will be held to discuss these financial results on August 9th at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The call will be broadcast live on www.tlcv.com. Further details are included in the complete press release which is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1.
