Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 11, 2008 TLC Vision Corporation issued a press release announcing a mid-quarter update for the fourth quarter of 2007. Additionally, same store volume increases 14% for January, 2008. Complete 2007 financial results will be announced on March 12, 2008; all interested parties may participate in a conference call at 9:00 A.M Eastern on the 12th.
The company also announced the sale of interest in one of seven ambulatory surgery centers.
