On October 14, 2010, the company announced that Brian W. Kocher, currently the company’s President, North America, has been named to succeed Michel Loeb as President, Europe and Middle East, effective January 1, 2011. Beginning January 1, Michel Loeb, currently President, Europe and Middle East, will remain with the company on special assignments until his retirement in May 2011. Mr. Kocher’s current role as President, North America will be assumed by Joseph M. Huston, who currently serves as the company’s Vice President Salad, Healthy Snacking and Vegetable Ingredients.
