Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
(b) On March 14, 2007, Charles T. Dickson resigned as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. His resignation is effective as of March 30, 2007.
(c) On March 14, 2007, the Company appointed David Barron, 51, as acting Chief Financial Officer, effective as of March 30, 2007. Mr. Barron has been the Operations Controller of the Company since 2003, and prior to that was the Chief Financial Officer of the Company’s Champion Laboratories subsidiary since 2000.
