(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
On November 7, 2013, Shane Feeney advised 99 Cents Only Stores LLC (the “Company”) that he would resign from his positions as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Number Holdings, Inc., the Company’s parent (“Parent”), and as a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board, effective immediately, due to scheduling conflicts. The Board has not yet identified a successor to Mr. Feeney.
Mr. Feeney’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company or Parent on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company or Parent.
