On January 18, 2006, Steve Gorlin resigned from the Board of Directors of Medivation, Inc. In his resignation letter, Mr. Gorlin stated his need to focus his professional efforts on the multiple other companies with which he is involved as a director and in other capacities, and wished Medivation success in its future endeavors.
