1. The Issuer's "ADSs" are American Depositary Shares, with each ADS representing one ordinary share, nominal value $0.01 per share, of the Issuer; ADSs may be represented by American Depositary Receipts.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $14.75 to $15.20, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range.

3. Shares held by Matthew 5 LLC. The Mark & Barbara McCamish Family Trust is the sole owner of Matthew 5 LLC, and the Reporting Person serves as its manager.
