Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 15, 2005, Boston Communications Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the order issued by the Appeals Court on that date in the Freedom Wireless patent infringement lawsuit. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
