Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On March 23, 2006, Boston Communications Group, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a multi-year software license agreement with Convergys Information Management Group Inc. (“Convergys”). Under the terms of the agreement, Convergys will license a range ofbcgiproducts, including Real-Time Billing, Payment Manager and Mobile Guardian®.
