Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 7, 2020, Franck A.R. Gossieaux and FactSet Research Systems Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Separation Agreement and General Release of Claims (the “Agreement”). Under the Agreement, Mr. Gossieaux has ceased to serve as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Sales and Client Solutions for the Company. A copy of the Agreement is filed as Exhibit 10.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
